    Whenever I am in a bad mood I know I need to get up and do something that puts me in a better mood. Most of the time that would be a run or working out. It gets those endorphins going and always makes me feel better. Also, by putting on upbeat songs with the workout makes you forget about why you were even in a bad mood!
